For business activities, labor problems incidental to personnel affairs management are one of the most inevitable and important management factors along with retirement benefit scheme and corporate pension plan.We are providing legal consultation concerning personnel management from companies, and those concerning labor disputes (including collective bargaining with labor unions) as well.We also act on behalf of our clients at the Committee of Labor Affairs or court.At the same time, our legal services include legal consultation concerning labor problems incidental to corporate reorganization or work force reduction plans, and those relating to reform of the corporate pension plan.
On a different level, we are also providing legal consultation to or act on behalf of employees who are treated unfairly by their employers.
