General Civil Actions and Consultation
We provide advice
and represent clients in various areas of general civil actions, such
as disputes relating to buildings, money lending, traffic accidents, and
real property transactions.
We also handle applications relating to immigration procedures, such
as applications for a residential permit, as well as applications for
overseas visas for Japanese persons in cooperation with local experts
of relevant countries.
Family Law Matters and Inheritance Matters
We provide advice and represent clients in various legal issues relating
to marital relationships, parent-child relationships and guardianships for
adults (seinen kouken seido).
In legal issues related to the preparation and execution of wills, division
of deceased person’s estate and the like, we provide advice and represent
clients also in light of tax matters.
Criminal Cases
Our firm provides extensive services with respect to criminal investigations
or a court proceeding as a defense counsel including such counsel appointed
by the bar association (touban bengoshi) or the court.We are also
active in our service as a custodian (tsukisoinin) in juvenile
cases.
In addition, we also provide advice and represent clients in connection with
the support for crime victims.
