Current Updates on Arbitration in China: Enforcement of Foreign Arbitral Awards in Mainland China and Recent Practices in Hong Kong and Shanghai

Japan Association of Arbitrators (JAA) Kansai Branch and Japan Commercial Arbitration Association (JCAA) are jointly holding an arbitration seminar in Osaka on Wednesday, 6 July 2017. The seminar will feature the recent developments of arbitration in China including enforcement of foreign arbitral awards in Mainland China and recent trends in the two important arbitration centres, Hong Kong and Shanghai.
Kobayashi Kazuhiro will be the coordinator of the panel discussion on enforcement of foreign arbitral awards in Mainland China. Shin Tada will speak on the recent development in Hong Kong and also serve as the panelist.
The event will be conducted in Japanese.
