It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing on September 15, 2025 of our firm's beloved cofounder, Tadashi Ishikawa. He was 82 years old.
We, the members of Oh-Ebashi LPC & Partners, are all eternally grateful for the wisdom, friendship, and leadership he shared with us over his long and distinguished career. As members of the firm he cofounded, we are committed to upholding the legacy of excellence and integrity that he so diligently built.
The funeral service was held privately for immediate family only. In keeping with his wishes, we respectfully request that you refrain from sending flowers, gifts, or monetary condolences. No public memorial service will be held.
