Oh-Ebashi LPC & Partners is pleased to announce that our Jakarta Desk has started operations in December 2025.
The Jakarta Desk was established based on our business affiliation with MAPS Law Firm in Jakarta, Indonesia, as we announced in April 2025, with the purpose of further strengthening our legal services in Southeast Asia, including Indonesia.

Kohei Omi, an attorney qualified under Japanese law, will be based at the Jakarta Desk. He has work experience at a local law firm in Indonesia and is knowledgeable about legal affairs in Southeast Asia, particularly in the corporate and M&A fields. Through this arrangement, we now have a system to promptly and effectively handle a wide range of Indonesia-related matters, such as business expansion into Indonesia, transaction agreements with Indonesian companies, labor management, compliance, fraud investigations and involvement in insolvency proceedings.

In collaboration with our Japanese offices in Tokyo, Osaka and Nagoya, we will continue working to provide the best legal services to our clients.
