JP-DRP Precedent Review Report (2026 Edition)

This report compiles the findings of the JP-DRP Precedent Review Expert Team, which was established to organize and analyze trends in recent awards and newly emerging issues with respect to precedent awards rendered after the issue of the previous JP-DRP Precedent Review Report in March 2019.
