A number of indicators show the signals of economic recovery and political stability in Indonesia. When the global economy is experiencing a slowdown,
Indonesia's economic growth remains strong. It is driven by improving domestic demand, both household consumption and investment, and continued positive export performance. In political aspect, it is expected that Indonesian political situation will be stable, even the election - both regional and presidency, is scheduled in 2024. As agreed by the economists, the political stability in the year leading up to the election will be greatly influenced by economic stability.

However, there are still doubts among foreign investors regarding the current investment climate. Questions that often arise from foreign investors include, among others, what sectors have good prospects in Indonesia, how the investment licensing procedures are, what the latest laws and regulations relating to investment and their implementation and also what are the resolution procedures in the event of a dispute.

For this reason, Oh-Ebashi and Dentons HPRP view the importance of conveying these recovery indicators and the latest updates on the investment climate in Indonesia to foreign companies to invest in Indonesia, through a webinar to be jointly conducted by lawyers from Oh-Ebashi and Dentons HPRP.
