A report presented by our colleague, Eriko Hayashi, at the session of the Cross-Border Investment Committee at the 2013 Annual Meeting and Conference of the Inter-Pacific Bar Association (IPBA) held in Seoul regarding the Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP) and Free Trade Agreement (FTA) was posted in the Policy and Regulatory Report (PaRR) of the Financial Times Group, a leading financial newspaper in the United Kingdom.

●Our Lawyer Receives the Inter-Pacific Bar Association's ("IPBA") Best Paper Prize
Jason Jose R. Jiao received the Best Paper Prize for his legal article entitled "Antitrust in the Emerging Economies of Asia: China and Indonesia"at the 23rd IPBA Annual Meeting and Conference held in Seoul, Korea. A summary of the paper will be published in the IPBA Journal.
